What about?:  By popular demand, we will be viewing the video of a presentation Dr. Michael Vallis did for Insulin Pumpers Canada entitled:
 
"The Psychological Paradox of a Pump"
 
Dr. Michael Vallis is frank, funny, & fantastic!  This is not beneficial just for people who are considering pump therapy, but for all people with diabetes. 
 
Consider the following remarks made by people who have seen this presentation in person or by video:
 
"Wow! I wish I had seen Dr. Vallis years ago!  I would have felt so much better about myself and my diabetes" adult with diabetes
 
"I think every person, or parent of a person, with diabetes should be made to watch this video!" parent of a young child with diabetes

Who can come? - Anyone who is living with diabetes!  It could be you, or a loved one. Bring along a friend for moral support!
 
Membership:  You need not be a member of Insulin Pumpers Canada to attend our events.  However, if you wish to be added to our database and receive information on upcoming events, our newsletter, or be a volunteer with IPC you can fill in a membership form at the meeting. Currently there is no charge to be a member.
 
Cost: We are asking for a minimum donation of $2 per person (only if you can afford it) to go towards the rental of the room.  Please appreciate the effort and cost associated with preparing for and presenting these meetings to the public. Remember, we are your peers and are all volunteers.  We fundraise to pay the costs associated with running Insulin Pumpers Canada.
